BIDEFORD MASSED PIPES & DRUMS

After a 2 year break, the Massed Pipes & Drums will be back in Bideford for another spectacular display in September.
Bideford Quay comes alive to the skirl of the pipes and the swing ofthe kilt as it becomes home to the biggest gathering of Pipers & Drummers in the
South West of England as part of the Bideford Festival of Piping & Drumming.
The festival usually begins with a concert on Friday Night and continues on the Saturday with a rehearsal for the evening's Massed Pipes & Drums Event, with the bands taking part in the Carnival procession that starts at 6.00pm, followed by the Massed Pipes & Drums at approximately 7.45pm.
